Refund Policy

Due to the immediate electronic access to course certificates, refunds/exchanges will not be issued for Online Courses.

The companies that process credit card payments charge a fee on each transaction, both purchases and refunds, making the transaction fees non-refundable.

A partial refund will only be issued if a duplicate payment was received for the same course.
